Luleå is penalized by the Swedish Ice Hockey Association for violating the flag regulations.
The club is forced to pay a fine of 50,000 kronor, according to a decision by the association's disciplinary committee.
"In this case, it has been established that Luleå HF, in connection with the match on November 2, 2024, between Luleå and Linköping, failed to comply with the decision on the ban on supporter items", the disciplinary committee writes.
Luleå, Djurgården, and Troja/Ljungby were previously sentenced to a flag ban this autumn after pyrotechnic devices were used in the stands.
