The one-year program is located at the Luleå Academy of Theatre Arts, next door to the Norrbottensteatern.
It fills a gap between high school level and university in Norrbotten, says Ulf Friberg, lecturer and education manager at the Theatre Academy, in a press release.
"Everyone from all over the country is welcome to apply, but I hope we can take advantage of the talent that already exists in the county."
The first students will be admitted in the fall semester of 2026.
