It is mainly about Luleå’s access to tickets for the away games against Djurgården.

Djurgården allocated fewer tickets to Luleå than before, and Luleå then chose to prioritise partners over members. All but 69 tickets went to sponsors and players’ relatives - something that angered the supporters.

In a social media post, the supporters’ association LuleåFans sharply criticised the club management, which is now apologising.

"We want to start by stating that Luleå Hockey acted naively in assuming before this season that we would be able to get access to as many tickets for the away games against Djurgården as we have historically done," Luleå writes on its website, continuing:

"We can only apologise for this and will soon update our procedures for handling tickets for future away matches."

For the match against Björklöven, Luleå has decided to cancel a planned activity. As a result, tickets are being released and will be offered to the club’s members.
