Brazil's President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva will return to the capital Brasília and his duties since his doctor approved it after he underwent two skull operations in a short time.
Doctor Roberto Kalil says after a final check on Thursday that Lula da Silva should avoid physical exercise but that he can work. He is expected to spend Christmas in the capital.
It was in connection with the president undergoing a brain scan due to headache, which revealed that he had a bleeding under the skull bone.
The bleeding is believed to have been a consequence of the fall accident Lula was involved in in October.
