Less than a week after the historic national championship gold with Luleå, it is clear that the talented defenseman Ludvig Jansson is leaving Sweden to play in the Florida NHL team's organization.
The 21-year-old has signed a three-year contract starting from next season, with the club that won the Stanley Cup, Florida announces on its website.
On May 1, Luleå took the club's first national championship gold in 29 years when newcomer Brynäs was defeated with 4–2.
