On the men's side, Pif has been pumping money into the controversial LIV tour for several years, while on the women's side, it has run the Pif Global Series in collaboration with the European Tour (LET).
Now, stronger ties are being forged with the American LPGA Tour. On April 2–5 next year, at Shadow Creek Golf Club in Las Vegas, one of the Pif Global Series events will be decided as a joint event between the LPGA and LET.
The total prize pool is four million dollars, making the competition one of the most lucrative of the five major tournaments.
