The episode reveals, among other things, that Aniela Eklund and Ibrahim Kass Gergi are expecting a baby in May this year.
"She was not planned, but she is very welcome," says Aniela Eklund in the program.
Host Jessica Almenäs notes that this is "Love Is Blind Sweden"'s sixth baby in three seasons.
Aniela and Ibrahim were the only couple to say yes to each other this season. The reunion episode offered a lot of drama as the couples who ended their relationships tried to figure out what happened - nine months after the series was filmed.
When Angelica Karlsson dumped Aron Walker on the same day they were supposed to get married, it captivated many viewers.
"You are a fantastic person, but how it ended... I felt like you betrayed me," Aron says in the episode, where Angelica explains what she was thinking.

Another couple who has been a real talking point during the season is Johanna Storm and Daniel Fjäll. On social media, Daniel has received harsh criticism and been accused of "gaslighting" Johanna.
"I'm the oldest in the group here, but I didn't solve the problem. I realize that I've learned an incredible amount from this experiment," Daniel says in the program, adding that he has met a new girl.
Ellen O'Reilly and Fabian Patterson were also present at the reunion. Ellen dumped Fabian right after the couple met for the first time, leaving Fabian heartbroken and in tears.
"It was terribly difficult, and the worst possible time for a gut feeling to kick in. I wanted so badly to say yes. You have to be in love, and I couldn't force it," says Ellen.
There is great interest in Netflix's international dating concept and the Swedish version has also gained many international viewers.
The original American version premiered in 2020 and has had spin-offs in several countries.
The program involves a group of singles dating each other for a limited period of time. During the dates, they sit in different isolated rooms, without the opportunity to see each other. If one participant proposes and the other says yes, they get to meet and see each other for the first time.
