The explosion damaged the gate and a window in an adjacent apartment.
“There are no reports of injuries, but we have set up both an inner and an outer cordon, so no one is allowed to leave the building right now,” says police spokesperson Patric Fors.
The National Bomb Protection Service and forensic experts are on their way to the scene, while police are interviewing witnesses.
The alarm was raised just before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.
