The Los Angeles Dodgers forced a seventh and decisive game in baseball's World Series against the Toronto Blue Jays after trailing 3–1 in the sixth game of the final series.

Big plays from pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto were crucial as Los Angeles prevented Toronto from taking home the title in the sixth final game.

The reigning champion team now has the chance to become the first to defend their title since the New York Yankees won three years in a row from 1998-2000.

The final final match will be played on Saturday in Toronto and will be the home team's first "Game 7" ever.
