New signing from Tottenham, Argentine Cristian Romero, was at the centre of events when Atlético Madrid visited Liverpool and Anfield in the Champions League.
At the end of the first half, centre-back Alexander tackled Isak, who had to leave for treatment. Isak then returned and continued playing.
Viaplay's expert Fredrik Ljungberg did not appreciate the tackle and, in the broadcast, he was furious with Romero.
Liverpool should have had a Patrick Vieira (Ljungberg's former teammate at Arsenal) who would have crushed Romero, what a fucking game, says Ljungberg and continues:
I live in England and have watched many Tottenham games (where Romero played), he does it on purpose. He is ugly. He does it over and over again, you get tired.
Liverpool won the match 2–1. Isak was kept scoreless.
