A judge has dismissed several lawsuits against artist Lizzo, accusing her of subjecting co-workers to weight-taunting.

Three of Lizzo's dancers have accused the American star of firing them because they had gained weight.

"There was no evidence that I fired them because they had gained weight. They were fired because they took a private recording of me without my consent and sent it to former employees," Lizzo writes on social media.

However, Lizzo and her production company are still being investigated over allegations of sexual harassment against the dancers, writes the BBC.

Lizzo has previously called the allegations "exaggerated stories," and has stated that as an artist she has sometimes had to make difficult decisions, but never with the intention of making anyone uncomfortable.

Lizzo, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, had a big breakthrough in 2019 with her third album "Cuz I love you".
