Soccer player Lizbeth Jacqueline Ovalle leaves Mexican Tigres for the USA and the club Orlando. With that, the Mexican offensive midfielder becomes the most expensive transfer ever on the women's side.

According to The Athletic, Orlando, who plays in the National Women's Soccer League, pays just over 15 million kronor. With that, Ovalle beats the previous record when Canadian Olivia Smith left Liverpool for Arsenal earlier in the summer for around 14.3 million kronor.

Lizbeth Jacqueline Ovalle has scored over 130 goals for Tigres and 20 goals in 58 international matches for Mexico.
