It was on Monday morning that the police received calls from the public about an object in a bush by a staircase.
Police and the national bomb squad rushed to the scene and urged residents to stay indoors while the object was being examined.
The incident is being investigated as an attempt at general endangerment and serious crime against the law on explosive goods. The motive is still unknown according to the police.
