The 25-year-old's ski World Championship was over before it even began.

After an unfortunate fall during Wednesday's training, she suffered a concussion that puts a stop to her participation in the championship.

Now she speaks out for the first time since the incident.

I want to say that I'm still okay, she says to Expressen.

She has started the so-called brain ladder to get back as quickly as possible. This involves staying in a darkened room, with dark glasses, where she is not allowed to watch TV or read on a computer or phone.

Since returning home, she has slept most of the time – but has still been reached by all the greetings to her.

And I'm very grateful for all the consideration I've received.

One who was moved was Heidi Weng, who broke down when she was asked about Svahn at the Norwegian press conference on Friday morning.

It's not meant to be so emotional, but she has to be as cautious as possible the first few days. I wish this on no one, and I really looked forward to seeing Linn at the World Championship.
