Linn Svahn is withdrawing from this weekend's World Cup competitions in Oberhof because she has a cold.

"Linn Svahn has woken up with mild cold symptoms and is therefore staying home from this weekend's competitions," the national ski team said in a WhatsApp message.

Svahn returned to the World Cup in early December after lingering discomfort from the concussion she suffered during last year's World Championships. She raced in sprints in Trondheim and Davos before Christmas and came third in Trondheim. She withdrew from the Tour de Ski. Instead, Svahn competed in a national race in Falun last week, winning the 10 km and coming second in the sprint.

Eric Rosjö is also withdrawing from this weekend's competitions due to a cold.
