The soprano Linn Jansson is this year's recipient of the Barbro Salen scholarship of 200,000 kronor.
The opera singer receives the prize because she "with a rich, full and natural tone captures the mood of the music", as it is stated in the motivation.
Linn Jansson, 22, studies at the Stockholm University of the Arts, formerly the Opera University College.
