"It was absolutely bananas, really, really bad," she says.
Grant, who begins The Chevron Championship in Houston this afternoon, was diagnosed with endometriosis two years ago. At the LPGA event in North Las Vegas three weeks ago, she was forced to withdraw after one day of play because of stomach pain.
The next day she went to the emergency room and was told that one of the cysts had ruptured.
"It was like internal bleeding. It took two or three days before I could get out of bed on my own, and I couldn't really walk," she says.
