Lindsey Vonn, who was injured in the women's Olympic downhill race, says her latest surgery went well.
"I will finally be able to go back to the U.S.," she writes in a post on Instagram.
It was previously reported that Vonn would need to undergo five surgeries after she suffered a fractured tibia in the crash during the downhill race.
