Linda Sembrant is leaving Bayern München after the season, she writes on Instagram.
"Thanks Bayern for our journey together", writes the national team star.
Sembrant joined Bayern last year from Juventus.
"I am extremely proud to have represented this club and I am proud of what we have achieved together", she continues.
On Sunday, the 37-year-old will play her last match for the German giant – which has already secured the Bundesliga title.
The next club for Sembrant is not clear. She has previously announced that this summer's European Championship will be her last championship in the Swedish women's national team.
