Prosecutor Pernilla Nilsson cannot point out any contract killers, since it has not been possible to identify the persons behind the aliases that exist in the chats that preceded the murder. But a teenager who is being detained in Norway is suspected of being one of the instigators.

He has, according to Norwegian police, stated that he admits to having been involved in and instigating the murder at Lund Central Station, says the prosecutor.

Information in the police investigation has pointed to the fact that the murdered, a man in his 30s, had ties to the criminal network that falls under the gang leader Ismail Abdo, also called the strawberry.

The older of the convicted had arranged a meeting with the victim at Lund Central early in the evening of January 28. When he arrived, he was first attacked with kicks and punches and then shot with ten shots.

It was the 17-year-old who shot, but the court has come to the conclusion that he committed the murder together and in agreement with the 35-year-old.

Both have denied the murder. The teenager, who previously has no criminal record and had been hired to commit the murder, has said that he changed his mind during the course of events and only wanted to fire warning shots. The 35-year-old has claimed that the purpose of the meeting at the station was to discuss a debt, not to commit murder.
