A 19-year-old man who held one of the weapons is sentenced to life imprisonment. A 17-year-old who held the other weapon, and is believed to have fired the fatal shot, receives eight years' imprisonment.

Another teenager, who was 16 years old at the time of the shooting, is sentenced to four years' closed youth care for murder. He is believed to have guided the two shooters to the location using a mobile phone. He is also deported from the country with a ban on returning.

In total, twelve people were in the restaurant when two masked individuals opened fire shortly after 9 pm on March 21 this year. According to the indictment, they fired one shot each from two different weapons, a revolver and an automatic carbine.

One of the guests, a 27-year-old man who was sitting and eating at a table at the back of the premises, was hit in the chest and died on the spot. Whether he was the intended target has not been established.
