The Svea Court of Appeal upholds life sentences for two men for the murder of a gang leader in Västerås.
A third man is also convicted of murder, while his sentence is reduced to 12 years in prison, among other things, because he contributed with important information in the investigation.
The Court of Appeal also establishes in a so-called evidence investigation that a boy, who was 14 years old at the time of the crime, was also involved in the deed and that it was he who shot the murder victim to death.
It was on November 17, 2023, that the gang leader, aged 35, was shot to death in his apartment on Skallberget in Västerås.
