A 19-year-old is sentenced to life imprisonment for a murder in Trelleborg.
He was arrested shortly after a 25-year-old man was found shot outside in Trelleborg. The man died after a few days, and the 19-year-old was charged with murder and gross weapons offense.
Another man who was charged with aiding and abetting murder, suspected of being involved in planning the crime and mapping the victim, is sentenced by Ystad District Court to 13 years and nine months in prison.
Two men who are suspected of assaulting the 19-year-old are sentenced in turn for gross assault, as they allegedly assaulted the now-convicted man a few months before the murder. Both are sentenced to prison for five months and one and a half years, respectively.
The police have previously stated that the 19-year-old, like the others who have been detained in the case, are known to the police and belong to the gang criminal environment.
The murder took place at the beginning of 2023.
