Actors Lena Endre and Alexander Abdallah will be on the jury that will present the Rising Star Award at this year's Stockholm Film Festival in November. The nominees for this year's award will be revealed on October 14, when the programme for this year's film festival will also be presented.
Others on the jury are Simon Norrthon from the Scen och Film union, Lisa Rosengren from Film & TV-producers and Jan Göransson, press manager at the Swedish Film Institute.
The Rising Star Award was established in 2008 and highlights new acting talent. Previous winners include Alicia Vikander, Joel Kinnaman and Rebecca Ferguson.
The Stockholm Film Festival will be held this year between November 11 and 22.
