Lena Dunham has previously been open about having her uterus removed in 2017, as she suffers from endometriosis.
She told The Times in 2025 that she and her husband still planned to have children, but did not specify how.
"We're expanding our family in new ways. I want to meet our kids first and then figure out how to talk about it with others," Dunham told the magazine.
