A series of election promises were presented in connection with party leader Nooshi Dadgostar casting her early vote in Rinkeby in Stockholm.
The jobs will be aimed at young people who are neither employed nor studying, but who will be able to combine them with part-time studies.
The cost is estimated at approximately six billion kronor.
V also wants to see a renovation fund for rental apartments of one billion kronor, on the condition that no rent increases follow the renovation, as well as proposals to renovate suburban centres and stop slumlords.
We do not accept that people are "renovated" out of their homes or that the city centre falls into disrepair. It is time for Sweden to invest in our suburbs, Dadgostar says in Rinkeby.
"Renovation charge" is an expression for rent increases after renovations that mean residents cannot afford to stay.
