The Left Party is campaigning on a billionaires' tax, which it says may need to be supplemented by an exit tax. An exit tax would require billionaires to pay if they left Sweden. It also wants to investigate a state tax on expensive housing.
"I think we could consider whether it makes more sense for people with modest housing to pay less. And someone who has a villa valued at 13 million or so could perhaps pay a little more," Ida Gabrielsson told Ekot.
