"A soldier was seriously injured as a result of Israel targeting an army vehicle," Lebanon's army said.
The other three injured are described as civilians. Lebanon's state news agency reports that it was a drone that attacked.
The attack was directed at a town in southern Lebanon that has been subjected to regular Israeli attacks in recent weeks, despite the ceasefire that is formally in place between Israel and Hezbollah.
