The woman sued McGregor at the beginning of the year for sexually assaulting her in connection with a 2023 NBA Finals game.
The woman filed a police report against McGregor shortly after the alleged assault, but the case was dropped. Papers to withdraw the civil lawsuit were filed in Florida on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old Irishman and former featherweight and lightweight champion is currently suspended from the Octagon for failing three drug tests in a 12-month period. The suspension ends on March 20 next year, which means McGregor could be eligible for the UFC fights at the White House on US President Donald Trump's 80th birthday on June 14.
