Director and actor Justin Baldoni's lawsuit against actress Blake Lively has been formally dismissed by a US court, writes the BBC .
The $400 million defamation lawsuit was dismissed by the court back in the summer, but Baldoni has had the opportunity to reformulate it until now, which he has not done.
The background is that Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment during the filming of the film "The End of Us", which Baldoni believes is defamation.
A trial in Lively's case against Baldoni is expected to take place in March next year.
