A total of five divers died while exploring coral reefs last week. In addition, a Maldivian military diver died during the rescue operation.
One of the missing divers was found on Thursday evening, the same day they were reported missing, at a depth of 50 meters. On Monday, four more bodies were located in the inner parts of the cave system, which extends down to 60 meters.
Two were recovered on Tuesday, and the remaining two were recovered in another operation on Wednesday.
