He is awarded the prize for "his tireless creativity and for having enriched Sweden's visual landscape for a long time" .
"Lasse Åberg is a true giant within Swedish design. His ability to combine artistic brilliance with a rare warmth and humor has not only enriched our visual landscape but also deeply affected generations of Swedes", says Jens Østgaard, CEO of Swedish Design Award, in a press release.
The competition Swedish Design Award is open to all who work with graphic design, design and similar creative areas.
