Larsson failed to repeat the scoring success from Monday's game, when he scored 17 points.
But in Los Angeles, he accounted for seven points, three assists and three steals in almost 24 minutes of playing time.
"Pelle (Larsson) started everything in the third period with his passion and energy," said Miami head coach Erik Spoelstra after the game at a press conference.
The victory was only secured when the home team's star Kawhi Leonard missed a three-point attempt with two seconds left.
Miami has now won four games and lost three this NBA season.
