The seizures were made during February and March and the value of the cocaine is estimated at approximately £400 million, equivalent to 4.9 billion kronor.

The UK Home Office says that raids have been carried out in recent months at one of London's largest ports, London Gateway port.

The largest seizure involved 2,800 packets of cocaine hidden in a cargo of bananas. Another seizure, worth £80 million, was found last month in a container of South American wines.

In total, British Border Force has seized around 150 tonnes of illegal drugs over the past year.
