Gut-Behrami injured her left knee during training in November and missed the entire season, including the Olympics in Milan/Cortina.
The Swiss skier, who has also won two World Cup gold medals and 48 World Cup races, had decided that last season would be her last. But after the injury, she spoke about continuing.
Now that door has closed, she says.
