Landshypotek Bank is lowering its list interest rates for mortgages covering all binding periods.
The 1-year interest rate is lowered by 0,15 percentage points, interest rates with 2–5 years binding period by 0,10 percentage points, and the 3-months interest rate by 0,07 percentage points.
After today's reduction, a 1-year interest rate of 2,69 percent is offered to customers with a loan-to-value ratio of 60 percent or lower. The bank's best 3-months interest rate is 2,74 percent, the bank writes in a press release.
The new interest rates apply from and including Wednesday, July 2.
