The Briton has extended his contract, McLaren confirmed on its website.
The contract runs until 2030, but it also includes an extension option beyond that.
Norris joined McLaren as a junior in 2017, was promoted in 2019 and has raced for the team ever since. The 26-year-old has taken 48 podiums, 13 wins, and won the Formula 1 title last year.
The next Formula 1 race will take place on September 6, when the Italian Grand Prix awaits in Monza.
