Henrik Landerholm reported to the Government Offices' security department in December last year that he had lost his access cards.

The information emerges from documents that the Government Offices sent to the Riksdag's Constitutional Committee. It also emerges that the access card was blocked and that Henrik Landerholm reported the incident to the police.

He got into trouble in December last year when DN revealed that he had been careless with security on three occasions.

Landerholm, who is a childhood friend of Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (The Moderate Party), was handpicked for the position of security adviser. He left his post at the end of January after a preliminary investigation was initiated into the crime of negligence with confidential information.

The incident that Landerholm is being investigated for concerns documents with confidential information that were left in a cabinet at a conference center in the spring of 2023.

The other two security incidents involve a forgotten notebook at Sveriges Radio in January 2023 and a forgotten mobile phone at the Hungarian Embassy in December 2022.
