The message comes just a few hours after Yamal was selected for Spain's upcoming World Championship qualifying matches, which the 18-year-old now misses.
The talent's injury concerns during the season start have created a conflict between Barcelona coach Hansi Flick and the Spanish national team. Flick has insinuated that the national team management let Yamal play the two World Championship qualifying matches at the beginning of September injured.
This has been denied by national team captain Luis de la Fuente and he said on Friday that he did not have "any conflict with Hansi Flick".
After the World Championship qualifying match in September, Yamal missed four matches due to his groin injury.
