The Los Angeles Lakers have been eliminated from the NBA playoffs already in the first round. The question is now whether LeBron James, 40, sees the end of his career. I don't know, says the Lakers star.

After losing three of the four opening matches, the Lakers, led by superstar Lebron James, were forced to win at home in Los Angeles against Minnesota Timberwolves. It didn't turn out that way. The winning figures were written instead in favor of Minnesota, 103–96, and the Lakers fell to 1–4.

Afterwards, LeBron James said he didn't know how many years he would play. The 40-year-old is the oldest in the NBA, but still delivers at a high level.

I don't have the answer to that question. It's something I have to sit down and discuss with my family, my wife, my closest ones. Just see what happens and think about how long I want to continue playing.

This is the second season in a row that the Lakers are eliminated in the first playoff. A major disappointment for the big team, which in February tied one of the league's brightest stars, Luka Doncic, in one of the greatest NBA trades of all time.

For Minnesota's part, the winner between Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors awaits in the next round.
