LaBeouf, known for films such as “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” and “Transformers,” was arrested over Mardi Gras weekend in New Orleans on suspicion of two counts of minor assault. He allegedly was aggressive and got into a fight with two people outside a bar. He was arrested but later released. After his release, he was seen drinking beer and posing with fans while watching the festivities.
On Thursday, a judge ordered the actor to take an initial drug test, return to rehab and undergo weekly testing. LaBeouf has not been formally arraigned and has avoided jail time on bail set at just over $100,000.
