"It is an incredibly large human cost, but also a cost to society when we fail to give children the security they deserve," says L leader Simona Mohamsson.
Today, almost half of those who seek care at child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP) have to wait longer than 30 days for a first visit, according to SKR.
L believes a permanent care contact is important so that the child is not shuffled around.
"That there is someone who follows the child and who can ensure that the right interventions are made over time," says Mohamsson.
L also promises a "women's care lift" in Stockholm, which will, among other things, provide better gynecological, obstetric and eating disorder care. The party also wants to rehire 120 security guards to increase safety for women in the city of Stockholm.
