According to witnesses, explosions were heard in the city just before midnight, Swedish time.
The attack comes hours after a meeting of the “Coalition of the Willing” of 37 pro-Ukraine countries in Paris, which decided on a new anti-missile coalition and 16 new French fighter jets for Ukraine.
