German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced that German representative Günter Sautter will participate in talks to reach a settlement to end the Russian invasion war in Ukraine. According to German media company ZDF, the talks will take place in Florida.
Sautter played a crucial role in the talks held on Sunday and Monday in Berlin.
According to Ukraine, Ukrainian Chief of the General Staff Andriy Gnatov will also participate in the upcoming talks.
