The person who has been arrested is said to come from a non-specified European country and is accused of having spied on the Ukrainian military on behalf of Russia.
"According to the investigation material, this foreigner provided the enemy with official information about Ukraine's defense forces and prepared to commit terrorist acts", writes the Ukrainian security service in a statement.
