"We reached an agreement that included a ceasefire and secured the evacuation," the Kurdish-led SDF wrote in a statement.
Buses transported the last remaining people from the forces in the Sheikh Maqsoud area of Aleppo on Sunday, local time, according to the state-controlled Syrian news agency SANA.
The announcement comes after days of clashes. The military has carried out several airstrikes on Kurdish-dominated areas of Aleppo.
Both sides have accused each other of starting Tuesday's fighting, which erupted amid a stalemate in political negotiations between Syria's new government and the SDF, which came to power after the fall of dictator Bashar al-Assad in late 2024.
