Most likely, he will also miss the club teammate and national team colleague Lucas Bergvall's final. Tottenham's manager Ange Postecoglou recently announced that he has no high hopes of being able to play Bergvall and James Maddison, and Lucas is also likely to miss the final in Bilbao on May 21.
