Kristoffer Olsson, who has made 47 international appearances for Sweden, suffered several blood clots in the brain at the end of February 2024 and has not played any competitive football since then.
After leaving the Danish club Midtjylland earlier this year, the 30-year-old has, among other things, trained with IFK Norrköping and just Sleipner – which is also his parent club.
Now I'm here, stronger and clearer than ever. Now I'm really home, says Olsson in a video clip on the club's Instagram.
Olsson has previously represented, among other things, AIK and Belgian Anderlecht.
