DN has previously accused the Government Offices of delaying and procrastinating the review of former national security advisor Henrik Landerholm.
The newspaper's reporters had to wait weeks to access public documents in the case. When they then tried to request the documents with a fictitious sender, it took two days.
Social Democrat Aida Birinxhiku, who is behind the report to the Constitutional Committee, now wants answers about whether the handling is "a deliberate delay".
"This could be one of the biggest security scandals in modern times, while the government and Ulf Kristersson repeatedly try to cover up what has really happened," Birinxhiku writes in a comment.
