An investigation by Expressen shows that several candidates on the lists in this autumn's municipal and regional elections for the Left Party have, among other things, praised Hamas, which is labeled a terrorist organization. The Left Party has immediately removed those people.

Ulf Kristersson met Nooshi Dadgostar in a debate on SVT's Agenda on Sunday evening.

According to Kristersson, there is actually nothing new about "terror romanticism and a tolerance for anti-Semitism" within the Left Party.

What's new is actually the volume, that there are so many and so consistent. It almost appears like an infiltration from Islamists in the Middle East.

Nooshi Dadgostar called Kristersson's statement "completely ridiculous."

I don't think it's the Prime Minister's role to make such gross exaggerations and false accusations.

She said this concerns 24 people out of around 4,000 local politicians.

Of course, 24 people is too many. We will tighten up our procedures.
